Wedding photographers:
let me choose all your killer
portfolio images for you.

Image curation by Gail Kelly,
wedding brand expert.

When’s the last time
you updated your website
with fresh images?

Every photographer struggles with choosing portfolio images. You’ve probably shot loads of weddings, and you’ve got thousands of great images to show for it.

But when it comes to choosing the ones you want to put on your website or socials…..

↘ You’re overwhelmed with thousands of images, and constantly shooting more;

↘ You feel guilty if you don’t represent specific clients;

↘ You’re so close to the work that you lack objectivity;

↘ You’re busy running a full time business and there’s loads to do.

And as a result, doing a proper portfolio review — going through every page of the site and updating with fresh new images — feels like a massive task.

And it’s not just the size of the task that’s a problem — photographers don’t always make the best curators of their own work. There’s so much personal emotion that’s tied to the work, and none of it is necessarily relevant to which images are going to stand out and sell your service.

So you just don’t do it very often. As a photographer, you go to endless trouble to post on socials and drive people to your website — but then the website itself can go months or years without a proper update.

Enter: image curation,
by I Know A Place.

Image curation is a specialist service by Gail Kelly designed especially for wedding photographers. I’m a former wedding photographer myself, and I’m also a graphic designer and a wedding brand expert with more than 75 wedding clients, and a career in branding and web design specialising in the industry.

You send me your full wedding galleries, and I select the images that will appear across your website, from hero images to gallery grids. And I also rename the files, and specify the order and location of each image so the grid layout is colour—coordinated.

The result: portfolio websites stacked with fresh, on—brand images that look awesome next to each other, and help you book more of your dream weddings.

“You perfectly captured the direction I wanted my brand to go in, even though I didn’t know the exact direction myself!”

BY RHEA ● PHOTOGRAPHER / ABERDEENSHIRE—SCOTLAND
